 Reporting to a District Manager, Jim will form relationships with agents to sell voluntary benefits and related programs to books of clients. He will also manage benefit specialists to enroll accounts, and train agency staff to sell individual products (nonproperty and casualty) directly. He sees many positives ahead:

Also, it will provide additional experience on another voluntary benefit delivery model that will enhance future moves. I view this as a segue to working for a firm on a higher level management basis-such as VP of Enrollment Operations."
